Otis Reservoir

Otis Reservoir is a large body of water located in the town of Otis, Massachusetts, in the western part of the state. It is approximately 1,065 acres in size, with a maximum depth of 55 feet and an average depth of around 24 feet. The reservoir is fed by a number of tributaries, including the Farmington River, and is used for a variety of recreational activities such as fishing, boating, swimming, and camping. The shoreline of the reservoir is largely undeveloped, with a few private homes and seasonal cottages located along the water's edge. The reservoir is also home to a number of fish species, including bass, trout, and perch.
